Let Me Be

Let Me Be

A Poem by landofthedead

The more I think
the more conclusions I make
I contemplate
My life to take
Maybe then
You'll come and see
This show I put
please let me be!
No more teasing
And I won't sin
those empty hearts
fall into a bin
To take this breath
away from me
I cannot see
Why won't you let me be?
All I can hope for
is an easy escape
No more love
No more hate.
I'll take my last sip
of life's sweet drink
leaving now
on steady feet.
I walk down deaths
dark, lonely road
Only hoping
For my last code.
I take this blade
and shove it deep
Now I'm dry.
Please don't weep.

...Um....I hate when people don't stop bugging me when I'm not in the mood for anything.....
