Am i worth it?

tell me, will you look for me during the times you can't see me inside a crowd

will you shout my name at the top of your lungs in order to find me?

will you go through the trouble of searching each person, desperately hoping to see me?

are you willing to climb a building just to get a better view

in hopes of spotting me there looking at you?

tell me, will you stay up late just to talk to me??

just to have those near-dawn conversations that you know i love

will you sacrifice some of your time just to know what my life is

will you force your eyes open just to wait for my reply?

because talking with me will complete your night?

tell me, will you walk me home

will you hold my hand just to make sure i won't trip

over the broken cement in the road i take to school?

are you willing to walk the extra distance

just because we live in the opposite directions of each other's home?

tell me, will you look for me during times you can't see me inside a crowd?

just like what i did before

tell me, will you stay up late just to talk to me

just like what im doing everytime you want someone to talk to

tell me, will you walk me home

just like what i'm doing every damn single day just to make sure you're safe

tell me, will you do these things for me

like i am willing to do them for you?

will you see me as someone

the way i see you?

tell me, will you care for me even in a slightest bit

like the way you care for her?

of couse you won't because i'm just someone who'll never be in your sight

im just someone to talk to when she's not around

im just a mere writer as you are the moon

and i am not worthit just like she is yes im sure.

but rest assured, i'll still be here

waiting each day, each night to be of use to you

for only through this i can be with you, be close to you

as a lowly friend who'll never be worh it.
