Farewell Fox

Dearest of all,

It's been quite a while since I wrote you, I was too angry to write you so I apologize for that, but that doesn’t mean I didn’t think of you, in every action I did I thought if it would draw me back to you, I always ended up thinking we would just disappoint each other again and again, so I avoided that.

I found you once in my dreams next to me, and then in the dream I lost you and spent it looking for you. In my darkest hours, you were there too to remind me what a happy life would mean. In another universe we would have waged war on the world to get us accepted, in another we have simply held hands and disappeared, but in this reality I’ll always look up to you as a shining star that I can look up to in the sky but I’ll never reach, that you will always be there, just one eye blink away from reality, your cheek would again be in my hand, and I’d hear the words we used to say then I gaze in your eyes would and I see them shine again to light the day. 

I doubt if I had the key to our dispute and I doubt that anything could have changed, but I want you to know that amongst all of the universe I don’t think I’ve ever had anyone special like you, you were the most true person I have ever been privileged by being close to, your warmth was my safe haven, the joy and life you brought to me are something rare in this world. I don’t think now I have the right to ask this of you, but I’ll ask it anyway, please don’t change whatever you are because of this, I never deserved to be this close, and I don’t deserve having you changed but for the better, I hope one day you’d look back and think of me as someone who was good, because you know I was all in for the exceptional idea of you, me together, and in that I bid you a farewell.
