Happy Birthday My Yas .. 

And five years have passed with one promise

“Forever”, we said one day, that was five years ago.

And here we are now, on the road of the eternal friendship

Calling ourselves best friends, and true ones we are.

 

I remember the first day I met you with a hobby that matched

You and I , loved writing like it was a part of us,

A “thank you” message is what set us on the way

And gave us the clue of the eternity…

 

We kept talking days and days and more than months have passed

Remember? , there was that msn that we used to chat on at 6 pm

One hour that time limit was, and we always took advantage of that

It used to be the best hour in my day, and I guess yours too.

 

Time passed by when you crossed the seas and mountains

Just for us to meet and make our friendship memorable,

No picture held us together but memories did,

The chocolate you got me that was wow… The best…

 

And now, years passed and here we are growing up to stay young

You are now a professor and you can’t believe how proud I am of you.

You spread you knowledge and made everyone believe in you

But I’m sure you already know that I always believed in you…

 

Sometimes you make me go all crazy and want to kill you

I feel like I will make your blood float all over the Milky Way

So I just block you and leave you until you are calm and I’m chill,

I come back like nothing happened, because I know that we are bffs …

 

Sometimes I hate you like I want to make you die,

Then when I imagine you dead, I start crying... And yeah I laugh…

You say I’m crazy, but I know that if I’m no, you’ll never be my friend

Because my craziness is what makes me unique, yeah, that’s it.

 

And today, 21th October, we are going to celebrate the birth of you

You were born 30 years ago and you are still young and will forever be..

So let me just say Happy Birthday to You My Yas …

I hope you will always shine bright, forever and always …

so yeah 21-10... tomorrow is my bffs bday, he was over here, soulcrusader(yas) ,i dunno if any one knows him, but yeah we met here...and since 2010 we've been best friends .. and forever we will be ...

Very interesting birthday piece, though as terrible as the relationship may seem to the outside world there is a lot of heart of meaning, of importance within this piece which really stood out to me. Wonderful job with the emotion and how you went about crafting this.

Nice one, and a truthful accounting of the ups and downs that come with friendships sometimes. I did notice a minor error in last stanza celebrate as opposed to celebrated.
