Spring Blossoms at Colma Cemetery

Spring Blossoms at Colma Cemetery

A Poem by Summer Grace

Spring blossoms and
Cemetery stones youth
And death as the blossoms
Unfold, pink above the dead

The blossoms blow in
The breeze above the
Cemetery stones on
Days like these

Blossoms born of the
Dead, of the past, bloom
Today in the cemetery
In the spring, life is

Still blossoming past
All eventuality in a cemetery
A different futurity
Below the pink petals

The dead rest a different
Picture of springtime
Happiness, as the
Blossoming trees

Are as beautiful as
Anywhere- spring is
Beautiful everywhere
As it is here
