the last lost

the last lost

A Poem by superneutral

i hear back in old jerusalem

where the bards joined to play

and the sunny labs of science

where the processors weigh

up the questions of all things

all around us that lay.

the forests bear fruit

and the sky bears all colour,

from the deepest of root

to the high stairs of another.

i hear back in old jerusalem

where the bards joined to play,

a prophecy of war

and up and til this day,

it is and yet their song is lost;

faded away.

This is cool. Nice form.

Very well written, makes one stop and think, that from the begining of time we have fought the wars predicted and not once tried to avoid and make the prophecies a lie.

Nice write.
