Dear Friends, You know who you are.

Dear Friends, You know who you are.

A Poem by Tuxedo Mask
"

I wanted to write a poem my friends for once, so here it is.

"

Friends separate.

We reunite,

We break apart.

Come back together.

We fight,

We make up.

Things in common,

What we don’t have

Things we wish to be,

But never will.

Oh how I wish this would end.

This pain, this suffering.

The sorrow, the love.

These are the emotions that keep us together,

The ones that rear us apart.

But no matter what,

Through thick and thin.

We will be there for each other.

We may say hurtful words,

Things that make us weep.

But we pull through.

Even though we may fade from each others memories,

We will never from each others hearts.

Dear friends, how I love you so.

You will never know.

How rare it is to see a poem to friends, and this one was amazing. A powerful use of contrast and comparing with a magic of words. I thought this was a great piece in whole, and one of the most unique themes on this site. It stands out from all of these vampire love stories that are so popular and the "I'm so depressed" poems.

My only suggestion, darling, is that you use either bigger font or a different font of script. People (like me) are very blind and struggle reading font like this. I mean, the integrity of hand-written dedication is a great idea, and I love it. Still, though, hard to read and discourages could-be readers.
