Today I feel

The ups and downs of a Bipolar day

Today I feel...
Today I Feel...

Today I feel sad
Not particularly mad

But just a tired
Today I feel mad

To see no one here
My life is such a drag

Today I feel glad
I want to walk and talk
Just for a while

Today I'm exhausted
My emotions running high
I cannot do much but cry

The highs and lows
Of Bipolar are extreme

No one feel the wrath
And it's no dream.
