Becoming

Becoming

A Poem by Siren

kiss me when you have the chance,

if you happen to stop by.

drag me out and make me dance"

don’t give me a chance to be shy.

squeeze me if you get the time,

as I fall asleep on you.

bring out another lyric or rhyme"

don’t let me quit what I do.

keep becoming who you already are,

and help me do the same;

and if we feel we’ve gone too far,

angels will call out our name.

Siren
I am not in love. I've penned this to no significant other, real or fantasy. The words just came. I write them to the sun, to the rain, to earth, to the air. I write them to all of you, who journey with me. Let us become.
