B-day gift,"POETRY".

B-day gift,"POETRY".

A Poem by sushobhan

"When the luminosity of comet glitters,
a perspective, akin to your soul gets born."
"A phenom like you, with gusto and zeal,
is ablazed to smite my strife and get them veiled.

"The colleagues proclaim you as managing crystal,
and for me, your statue is to be placed on heart's pedestal."
"It's the band that's acknowledged by nature,
for which you stand as a reverred creature."

"You are a big dent to my obstacles,
which may whip me with their tentacles."
"Don't beckon these words as my gratitude.
as your greatness makes it your attitude."

"This trivial sonnet deserves no spot,
but still, certify this as a gift from your tiny tot.

Sunny sonnet it is. Definitely rhyming some very difficult and amazing words. You mentioned Birthday - but no cake ? :)

It's too scrumptious when a legend like you reviews anyone

You are so kind my talented friend
Great piece. I can deeply connect with this imagery. On an Esoteric level, you could consider a more literal truth to this symbolism. What you describe could serve as a metaphor for the energetic threads that develop between people and objects. As a shamanic healer I have worked with such karmically binding energy "cords" for myself and others.

You too...Thank you kindly...:)
It is a wonderful poem. I enjoyed it a lot. You have a gift for poetic construction. Not a skill set that is abundant in every poet.
