What’s Left Unsaid

Will you ever be happy
I’m starting to wonder
If I even know

It’s always something
It seems here lately
One situation or another

Do I make you happy
What a question
I almost don’t want to ask

Maybe a better question
Would be another one
Do you make yourself happy?

How angry you would be
If I asked such a thing
I don’t think I will

The things inside my head
The things I leave unsaid

This poem makes me think about my past and all the things I wished I would've said to impact certain situations. In the end, its best to say what you feel instead of not saying anything at all. Your poem is a perfect example of what a lot of us feel emotionally when dealing with each other. Keep on writing. :)
