Wipe your tears

Clear your mind

And smile.

I know you feel like the world

Has turned its back,

But look up.

Look ahead.

Move forward.

You may feel

Like no one cares,

But I do.

I might not even know your name,

But I care.

When life hands you lemons

You’re screwed unless it gives you sugar and water too

So instead,

Throw the lemons back in life’s face

And say “You make lemonade with that”

Don’t let the little things get you down,

Because the big things will crush you.

Instead, use the little things like dumbbells.

Lightweights to slowly make you stronger

So you can better handle the big things

When they come.

Yes,

Life is cruel.

But take it in stride.

Because you’re better than this.

Save your tears for later

You’re gonna need them.

I’m not saying hide the pain.

I’m saying take it,

And convert it into something useful.

Experience.

Only you can make things better.

So smile.

It’s the first baby step

Towards a brighter world.
