Needing Peace

Thoughts of you

Woke me after a few

Hours of sleep

You're in my mind

And I'm not sure what to think,

I'm worried I won't be able

To release these feelings

Of regret that I can't fight away

You haunt me at all times

And I'm unstable,

You make me so weak

I feel like you're winning

And it runs so deep,

Please somebody help me release

The hold this has on me

So that I can finally find peace.
