Try Just Because

Try Just Because

A Poem by Sunflower

Like lines out of a story,
They illustrate hidden feelings within.
Every scar is history,
Every single one, a secret reminder of where you've been.

You try to runaway from it all,
The screaming will not halt,
Monsters flood inside you, trying to make you fall.
When will you see this is not your fault?

Darkness surrounds your dying soul,
Your body craves for a pain,
You cannot give up hope,
You need to stay strong, to stay sane.

You are strong like a tiger who earned it's beauty,
Look at how amazing you are, just like I do,
Try Just Because or try just for me,
To be honest, in that car on a friday night, I swear I loved you...
...So why is it so hard for you to love you too?....
