Beside Me

Beside Me

A Poem by Silent Raven
"

The feelings felt when you're beside the one you like...

"
We might not be meant to be
That someday you'll become a distant memory
A memory unclear unlike before
But calms me like the sound of the seashore

Starry nights and silent walks
Stars that shine brightly, as we start to talk
Like the breeze, calm and free
Blissfully, as you walk beside me

No words need to be said
Standing side by side, starting to red
Feelings overflowing, I can't control
You're a thief! Even my heart you stole

Oh my... all the Ravens in this place-

I like this piece because it is interesting that silence can be so powerful. As I continue to speak...
Seems like the real knowing of someone- no words need to be uttered.
A good start here.
