MAMA’S (TERESA’S) PECAN PIES
1 stick margarine
2 cups pecans
1 box light brown sugar
6 eggs
2 regular pie crusts
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Beat eggs. Melt margarine, pour into the eggs and beat mixture. Add brown sugar, vanilla and beat. Stir in pecans by hand. Pour into crusts. Cook at 350°for 45 minutes or until brown.
