A poem on one of my many phiosophies

I cannot care about you

For if I care about you I can be hurt by you

And if I can be hurt by you I will never trust you

And if I never trust you can I ever really love you ?

I like this poem very much.

If we trust and get hurt then we blame ourselves for the pain. There really is no one to trust. Those we love will hurt us. Maybe we just have to forgive and get over it. or.....not trust. It's easier to not trust.
