Do Not Expect

Warning: Do not expect.

"If this isn't Destiny, then what is this?"  I whispered through the air as I saw him standing beside me. 

My heart is beating faster than usual. Its been 2 years since I first saw him but the warmth feeling he gave me still didn't change.

 

This situation gave me chills specially the fact that we first saw each other 2 years ago. 

Finally, my long wait is over. 

Destiny? Fate?

I, I really do not believe in coincidence. I believe in Destiny and Fate and True Love and  being Meant to Be. 

I'm a believer of the Red String of Fate, that means that the gods tie an invisible red cord around the ankles 

of those that are destined to meet one another in a certain situation.

And I believe that this man, standing beside me is destined to be mine. Yet, I don't know him, neither he does know me. 

He looked at me. 

He smiles and wave at my direction. 

The look in his eyes is like the look that any man gave to his love of his life. 

I've assumed it was me and everything is perfect and all, not until a girl with my same age I guess and a blonde silky hair, appears in front of me, hastily grab the boy I have waited for so long.

They looked in love. 

And that is the end of my fantasy. 

Coincidence is what this is.
