We were born with overlooking eyes

looking over skies

looking under lies

nothing but a mind

to be undermined

and a mine of fates

to be intertwined

 

before stepping on this land

side-stepping through broken sands

these hands that lifted us grand

above ever-playing bands

labeled us have you?lifted hands

 

our mission, we understand

you're wishing we take a stand

each step a beating

of a riff-raff's heart

each step a fusing

of worlds torn apart

each fist kissing

the rings of monarchs

 

on our backs we cry

the cries of millions

spread across the sky

our eyes not minions

in union we fly

 

you look down upon us with painted vision

your brittle hearts pained with years of decisions

barely speaking, your mouth shut with precision

our hearts pounding, never be an addition

the left's and the right's

the sigh's and the sight's

minds, fashioned anew

signs of clashed, run true

blind to roads, less fright

our ways, eroded

cast into the night

 

cut above the rest, less rest

with high chests, we are deemed best

assurance in sanity

ignorance and purity
