Hope

Just a deep poem for those who think they are alone but aren't.

Haunted with her new reality

Trying  to sort her mentality

As dreams of yesterday dwindle away

As she tries to put on a display

She thinks to herself keep smiling

But inside her emotions are compiling

She's drowning in her own tears 

As she thinks no one is near

She thinks her life is over

As she tries not to be sober

She only talks to one person

As her health worsen

Now there's more help to give her

We won't let her life be deterred

The subject of this poem seems to be sinking into depression. In such a state, distorted thoughts can make a situation seem much worse than it is. The poem's ending gives the impression at least one person cares. I think that person is the speaker, which is the only one that matters.

A deep write on the subject of depression and desperation. I always believe there is someone out there who really cares and can help lift you up. Such a sad write that does end with a little hope. There is someone there to try and lift her up. I love the content of the write....Michael.

I believe theres an angel on earth in the form of a human to help everyone verbally at a time in their life of desperation
