My kind of Amazon

I made this poem for my appreciation to my mom for her 45th birthday. Our mom, they are strongest persons in this word. And we gotta love them no matter what happened.

My Kind of Amazon

She’s the strongest woman I’ve ever known,

In her womb I have grown.

I came from her flesh, blood and bone,

And, in her arms I have never felt alone.

 

Her smile lit up the world,

In everything I do she have word.

But her love for me is the most powerful sword,

And every day I thank the Lord.

 

 In her eyes you can’t see signs of pain,

Just like a sunshine in a pouring rain.

She has a wonderful brain,

Her embraces keep me sane.

 

She told me it’s okay to be a dreamer,

She taught me to be a fighter.

She made me a good believer,

And I’m proud to say,

That woman is my mother.
