way.of.life.
no innovative process
nor creative causes
simply.rules.
rules, something we learned as children
little kids, toddlers, rugrats
pre-teens, teens, adolescents
what.makes.sense?
the path to success
follows a narrow line
nothing like the maze in my mind
yet achieving success all the same
the.wrong.way.
creativity knows no boundaries
it knows what it desires
be it school or a goddamn escape
from.the.world.
life's delicate
similar to the heart
an intricate art
the mind, once a haven, taken apart
does.it.really.matter?
wielding imagination
a two-faced sword
at times dull
but when sharp
it.is.power.
power to reform, to rebel
to seek escape, to rise a level
searching for another realm
can.it.be?
change, hardly convenient
ask yourself, do you really mean it?
alas, i guess this is what it's come to
a world of narrow paths
this maze will remain inside my mind
like a pot of gold
waiting to be discovered
this is the fault of life
the truth we don't want to know
the painfully evident and pretty relevant
i suppose these are the
X's & O's
