A heartbreak poem of sorts

My favorite state of mind is when I can get completely lost in the task at hand. If I could spend my days being inspired, would you be my inspiration- my muse? Would you be there to help me create beauty in the world around us, or do you enjoy stringing me along? Always keeping me in the dark, at arms length waiting to pull me out for your entertainment. Because I found something in you and I'm afraid I may lose myself if I ever fully lose you.
