I was born...

I was born...

A Poem by Tess

I was born somewhere between the melting snow and the blossomed wildflowers,
With small feet itching to jump into the silent serene snowflakes,
Of a wild child spirit looking at longing on a field of wildflowers up to my ears,
I want to share the majestic mountains lit with the glowing light of a cyan purple sunset,
I want to share the sacred snowflakes floating and dancing lightly in the air,
I want to share the cool clear water sparkling amethyst in the lavender sunrise that dances across the red rocks that gave Colorado it`s name,
I want to share the joy sliding  free across frozen lakes watching the water  move swiftly under my slightly frozen feet,
