What is my place

About a girl that doesnt know where her place is in the world

Where oh where do I belong?

Is my place in this world to be alone?

Is it my place to be happy?

What is my purpose? 

Is it to follow my dream or to be in forever misery?

One day I will know, one day I will see

What it is like to know who i am. 

People dont know, and it can be hard

But it will eventually get there.

Finding my place, slowly but surely

Even if it is to be ever so lonely.

I have to echo KittyKat, everyone wonders this at one time or another...some even get clear answers. In the end, we're fortunate to have a thousand people love us once in a while or one person love us with the love of a thousand. No one's place is to be alone, but those that find they are can carve their own place in the world by adding positivity to someone else's world.
Thanks for sharing this..I also like that "get me in rain" line!
