Pefert Match

Pefert Match

A Poem by Angie SuperNova Thompson

She dances with them
But they're all the same
Each and every one of them

They come  in all shapes and sizes

Some with fat pockets

Others with fat bellies

But they're all still the same

The story begins

Differently everytime

But the end never changes

She is left to dance

Alone

Soloing through the mysteries of life's relationships

Thank you! Actually, "Perfect Match" was the wrong title. I meant to go back and change it. I'm new to this site so I'm still figuring stuff out. I wonder if you can go in an edit published work.

Interesting and thought provoking poem. But can I ask what made you title it Perfect Match? Is it the fact that different people meet different ways and are different individuals but they all share the fact that in the very end they end up falling in love? Anyways thanks for the thought provoking poem. It's interesting and relatively hard to put together a poem that flows this well with no rhyming pattern but you did it! Nicely done keep it up and keep writing! Love to here more from you!
