If I Die

If I Die

A Poem by Julie

The rain will start to pour now,
oh please child don't cry.
Don't think death as a sad thing
if I die tonight
remember that time when
I said you don't really die,
well life goes on forever
so don't say goodbye.
I loved you very much
we barely got into fights
we were really close
and I loved you more than my own life
you mean a lot to me
and I'll always stay in your heart
If I die tonight pass on the love
that we share
teach others not to cry
if IfI die tonight
so please stay strong
and listen to what I say
for, your life isn't long
your waisting your life
crying over death
it's just a place people go
when they want to rest.
