Midnight Breeze

Midnight Breeze

A Poem by Elaine de Valiant

As enchanting as a fantasy,
you move gently and whisper to me;
Good night, my dear,
those words were softly spoken.
As strong as a Lion,
the force--come, hush...slowly.
As fragrant as the ocean,
sweetly pass by my nose.
Alas, and did was I to regret,
Ah! rare madness to remember;
The day is yet to be fulfilled,
timid, I always believed.

Wow, I love the imagery in this poem. Your discourse also transitions well with your structure. Great job, Elaine :)
