That Little Moment of Joy

Its the moment of happiness

Where the celebration minuses the sadness

Where the laughter's get louder

And all the worries hide under

Its the moment everyone's together 

And are close to one another 

For maybe a birthday or a celebration 

Of someone's promotion

But it is amazing I tell you. 

Would you know why though?

The feeling it gives people 

As the moment becomes little 

It was the feeling of joy 

The feeling a little girl would get when she receives her toy

The happiness and smile it brings 

Where only the mind feels is positive mood swings

How to act?

How to react?

Nobody will know because it happens when your not in contact 

When your talking with someone 

Or taking a drink out in the wonder

And someone comes out and yells "ayeee"

As the confetti pops out and pops to the air

Now you know why it's a moment

A moment caught off guard

And a positive moment left scarred.
