The sound heard around your heart.

Her voice is ever so gentle
A sound so smoothe and petite
Such a smile is demure
Evanescently putting my heart to sleep
Murmuring these mellifluous words
Eye lids shut, her voice in propinquity
Without her love, my heart left in moiety
A Penumbra...
This susurrous sounds can begin
Sempiternally within, imbueing on my soul
A bottomless slumber, beating until the day unfold.
