How It Ends

Just a little stanza I would possibly like to turn into a larger poem at some point.

You say we aren't meant to be

That we can only be friends

But that's not the case for me

I don't want this to be how it ends

You have good rhyming here and the beginning of a story to tell. By all means develop it.
