Rambling thoughts

Just thoughts in my head about online social media...we are supposedly friends with people we won't even look on if we met them.

You don't know me, yet you call my name

you read my mind through my write

you feel my pains in my lines

we are even friends, yet you don't know me

yes you, you don't.

Last week I saw you
on my way to a game
I waved frantically
but you looked at me strangely
as though am from Mars

I'm sure you didn't recognize me,

I guess I only exist in your virtual world

this is the way it is with Facebook. People befriend one another, collect the most friends they can, but in real life when we run into one another we don't talk. We don't hang out.
I only ever talk to folks who acknowledge me.

At least there is at least one world you can exist on.. Imagine how many are out there.. the reality, the virtual, the unknown... the best way to be remembered is to speak up... or maybe in this case write something that speaks up!
