Somewhere Past the Atmosphere

Somewhere Past the Atmosphere

A Poem by Traxler

Somewhere past the cliffs
In the diamond studded sea
Is the maritime mists
Is where I plan to be

I want you, and everything you've ever seen
I want to live and breathe this life, like one of your dreams

When you're wave breaks, I'm the sand upon the shore
Take with you pieces of me, I'll always give you more

Somewhere past the towers
And the streets of cigarettes
Streetlights of late hours
Streets of strangers you've never met

In the land of subway trains, suits and ties doused in champagne
Women in dress who look the same
So many copies, but who's to blame

Somewhere past the atmosphere
Space and mirrors reflect so near
Where there are no worries, and no fears
Is where i plan to be

Lovely, it has a great flow. Love the line 'In the land of subway trains, suits and ties doused in champagne.'
