Choke

Choke

A Poem by Jamie
"

How unrequited love works

"

I climbed the fence,

jumped the gate.

Came to see you

to confess my hate

Got inside.

Watched you sleep.

Went and sat

at your feet.

Should've stabbed you

before you woke.

Instead I waited

and watched you choke.
