A Poem by Tyler Warrior
"

we live in a time where the shape of a woman's body determines the amount of respect that woman will get. this poem is a reminder to women everywhere that their body is not the only power they possess

"

you lay down with so many men hoping that deep down inside one of them, you will find the missing piece to your purpose.

i don't know who ever told you that your reason for living existed inside of a man, but they lied to you.

your body is not an experience that everyone should get to enjoy.

your body is not a thrill that should run through everyone's veins.

God did not design your body for you to give away like candy on Halloween.

He created your body to give birth to future generations of phenomenal women, such as yourself, who will shape this world.

your body is a temple.

your body is a piece of fine china that should be admired, but never touched.

i don't know who ever told you that your body is the only power that you possess, but they lied to you.

This is very relevant and timely. There is quite a lot of sub-issues too but the issue of body pride is one that's close to my heart. Have 100/100

This spoke to my heart. Unafraid I am a woman who can unapologetically relate.
