Warzone

Warzone

A Poem by Harley (arbiter)

Hit the ground
Bullets fly
Shells cry
Helpless people die
This is what you found
When you fell from the sky

You fell into a warzone
The worst ever known
Jump into attack
Not knowing who you back
Only one thing matters now
Survival and how

Left
Right
Frontal assault
Up
Down
Suddenly a halt

Silence
Around
The war ground
In defiance

Bam
Right back
Dam
They're on the attack

Who are you fighting
Who are you helping
Why are you here
Its your greatest fear

You fell into a warzone
How could you have known
You didn't fall to the ground
You were pushed around
