Fighting The Cold

Fighting The Cold

A Poem by Harley (arbiter)

Fighting the Cold

Fighting off the pain
No real gain

I lay here
You not next to me
Us not talking
Not how it used to be

Tonight I quit fighting off the pain
I let it control my nerves
Pain is a feeling
Pain means your breathing

Without you here its a twilight
The feelings not right
You made it better
Now I face the weather

Save but pain
I am alone

So much hurt turns to joy
I ache like I'm old
Tho I'm just a lonely boy
Fighting the cold

I am different. I am the unforgiven. I was born october 1997. I just write because I want to express my feelings in more ways than music and art. I'm just a guy trying to get out of the rain and sur.. more..
