Color poem! My first

purple is mysterious,

 but purple is simple.

 purple is dark,

 but purple is light.

 purple is happy,

 but purple is sad.

 purple is strong,

 but purple is gentle.

 purple can be fire,

 but there is purple rain.

 purple has a lot of pain,

 but purple has a lot of gain.

 purple is girly,

 but purple is manly.

 purple is me,

 but what hue are you

All y'all who think black is a color you're wrong. Black gray and white are values and intenseties if I remember my art lessons right. Just thought I'd throw that out there. Not trying to be smart or anything just saying

In the art world, yes. Black and white are values and intensities because they aren't on the color wheel, but get added to colors to darken or lighten them. Grey is the mixture of black and white. In physics, black and white are the absence and presence of light. Technically, you're right. But most people believe that any 'color' they see is an actual color, so blavk and white and grey count as colors.

I take it you are rather partial to the colour ( I'm using the English rather than American spelling) of purple, delux, Harley, your personal perspectives are awsome. The image is very eye catching too. Now there is an embarrasing 1970s rock band called 'Deep Purple', you might want to check out one day if you're feeling fanatical.... but I'd rather dissuade you from the horror!
