Hiding You Was The Biggest Mistake

Hiding You Was The Biggest Mistake

A Poem by is death

The door creaked open
as we laid there.
And I hid you under the
bed.
We aren't supposed to be
here, but who's to blame us?
In a while they're gonna
understand.
They're gonna see us and
regret what they said.
Hiding you under all of my
lies, was the biggest mistake
of all.
Being too afraid of their reactions
is my biggest flaw.
But I swear that if you ever come back,
I won't make the same mistakes again.
