More Than This Love

She will write a book of poems about

Self love

Self appreciation

And

Self learning.

For him.

I don’t know what to say.

He’ll whisper in her ear,

With his hands on her hips

And his lips on her lips.

I know.

She’ll reply as she continues to write.

And he’ll never know why,

But he will love himself one day,

Just as much as he loves her.

And someday he won’t have her anymore.

But he will have all her poems in a designed box he had created when she departed

And they will remind him of how his love was precious.

He will hope to see her again.

She will hope he finds happiness within himself.
