Aah! My Boundaries

Aah! My Boundaries

A Poem by Vaishali

I was here, somewhere, Sailing in the shallow waters,
Here was my sunshine, here was my lifetime,
Never really tried the high tides,
The deep blue waters under the naked sky,
I was afraid of the possibilities, which lied beyond the horizons of my impossibilities
You, the sailor of cold waters, even beyond the reach of sunlight,
Beyond the web of all the self created plight,
We see each other, every time, at the boundary, my boundary,
So you want to take me through,
So I want to sail with you,
But these boundaries, my boundaries have anchored right through my heart,
I cry to you, I beg to you, to set me free,
To cut these boundaries, bad boundaries, my boundaries,
And you say, You are free, You just see,
See the possibilities beyond the shallow sea, where the soul roams free,
I in pain, ask you again, to set me free,
Because I know, you have the key,
But you say, there is no key,
Because my love, You are Free..

I like this, it makes me think you're talking about how some people let anxiety or their thoughts stop them from doing something that they are very capable of. Or their boundaries prevent them because they are scared. And the "Key" to me could be support or just reassuring someone that you're there for them.
You really made me think on this one, good job :)
