When my Fright got High

When my Fright got High

A Poem by Vatsal Sharma

When she asks me to lie or leave,
When she's already in a lot of pain,
She doesn't stop she continues to freak,
She says that all my love went in vain,
And she says all this without a sigh,
That is the moment when my fright got high

When Minister passes the law against the black,
And the speaker is wearing suit, chain and gag,
These guys disguise as savers of life,
And they use paper instead of the knife,
They'll always do this you can't ask them why,
Right at that moment my fright got high

When they tell her, her son is dead,
When they giver her, his clothes in red,
She bursts to the floor in grief,
When you hear the demise in brief,
All you can do is cry and wonder how will she die,
That was the moment when my fright got high

When they ask Ma to kill her now,
She can't kill her, it's an unbreakable vow,
They tell her it's okay she don't need to die,
Now I wonder why I don't hear the baby cry,
You can't ask them questions their pockets are full of lies,
And that was the moment when my fright reached top of it's heights

Why people in this melting old world do such sins,
The day their ego got hurt they're doing them since,
I would rather get crucified than watching these 4 crimes,
I am not god but, this is the time to change these times,
But, all my visions are too old so they fade,
The change is that this world won't ever change,
Apocalypse is coming, I can't see no lights,
Maybe, my fright will never get off it's heights
