When life brings me down

Life brings me down
When I experience unfairness
It causes me to frown
People's outright carelessness

Too many instances
I've thought of the end
Yet I fear the consequences
So I'll make ammend

I struggle each day
Fighting the inside of my mind
My attitude isn't “come what may"
If only there's an easy button to find

Maybe You’ll be the one
To tell me be strong
And be the voice of reason
Say “this won't be long"

In hopes I'll be rewarded
With entry to Heaven
It's what I regarded
When I promised to accept my brethren
