          Two sides of the coin

 

I am this person,

But you change me into her,

Who in the blink of the eye ,

Can bring you to your knees ,

With a smile on your face.

 

I am different than she,

Sweeter,quieter,better,

But she has all the fun,

While I am busy being good,

I'm jealous of her sometimes.

 

She knows what she wants,

And exactly how to get it,

With a sultry smile ,

And a wicked gleam in her eyes,

You willingly follow her into the fire.

 

I think she would wreak havoc,

If given half the chance,

And run roughshod over all those in her path,

But I am looking and realizing,

That the only one in her path.....is me.

Well I got to know the one side of you that is sweet gentle kind loving in Christ, whole hearted ability:) As I have learned we all can be taunted and a dark side come out , I don't think that is a bad thing , I mean like an animal or take a lion sure looks like a gentile cat but cross its path and see what happen but who was in the lions den and made it when locked with them ? Loved this. It's funny, because I'm a firm believer that ALL of us are a bit bipolar. What I mean is, everyone I know (especially myself) has two sides. For me, it is always an internal struggle, most likely with no end. It can be a struggle with the past and the current or who you envisioned yourself to be and who you are or even who you are in a relationship. Very real, authentic and awesome concept. Really enjoy your writing.

Now this got me thinking... I don't think we are ever content with how we are ourselves, especially people who aren't very confident and quite shy - like... me. Sometimes I think there is alot that I, myself, am missing out on because of how shy I am, sometimes I wish I could be more confident and open but it is my nature and although I try to change it I can't.

I can really relate to this one, my friend, it spoke volumes to me.
