Gluttony

Gluttony

A Poem by Viju
"

Divestment bodies

"

She climbs on the bed
On a blind night
I feel her arms
I feel them naked

"Is it cold?
Embrace me."
She seduces me
Hoping to cash in on this late customer

"I am slim, see?"
She puts my hands on her chest
I feel the contours of her bone

"You mind?"
No, I don't mind
As long as you have a p***y
I wouldn't know

"Get in, big guy!"
She laughs, holding my arm
I touch her and hear the waves
of one thousand hungry nights
beating against my heart

"What happened?"
She asks as I stand up.
I wouldn't tell her that
in the world of lowly beings,
every gesture is a sin
and among ourselves
we can only partake
our horrible wrongs, our terrible mistakes.
But for tonight
let us be silent
and keep our (respective)Gods in the dark

"Why are you leaving?"
asks the bewildered girl.
Before leaving, I tell her.
"I am hungry."
