another nakedness

another nakedness

A Poem by vivekanand

another nakedness

"you write well" they said
"you write well " he said
"you write well" she said

well i m glad
thank you very much

i ve the same response
for each of them
same responses replied differently
in different contexts

i look into her eyes for half open gates
for gestures hiding behind her big white handkerchiefs
i presume there is something implied

for him and them,
i presume something else..
a silken thread caresses my neck
favour banks open in obscure alleys

do i ve goods to trade
am i willing to trade

silver coins glitter in the tainted light of obligations
landscapes narrow into wordlimits for sale
colour palettes go for a higher bid...

poems weigh heavy with word bagasse
sugarcane juice trickles into the deserts of peninsular streams

i give away my last shred of cloth,
in the museum of soul selling
and made way in full nakedness

wondering about a phrase that said
nakedness is freedom
and archimedean wisdom

ah! but then this is another nakedness

p.s; favour banks was taken from an usage by paulo coelho in zahir
big white handkerchiefs come from herta muellers nobel speech

in the museum of soul selling
and made way in full nakedness"
