cloud messengers part 2

cloud messengers part 2

A Poem by vivekanand

what can you expect from a moonless night ...
it has become  a deathly grey..
my heart, an old guitar playing rusty blues..
white clouds, giant polar bears sleepwalking past my horizons..
for every pat on the shoulder and a whisper in their ears,
they come to you , hugging you
wishing you luck and health..
you will never realise the miracles of a bear hug.. little one..
far more loving than a goodnight sms
meghaduta repeats itself, kalidasa comes alive..
the yaksha and yakshi have morphed into powerless little mortals..
but deep in the sky, shines love, forever like the north star..
steering our little paths across our petty lives
into the ever widening stretches of newer heavens...

meghaduta is a long poem written by kalidasa in which, the hero, an yaksha , meaning a sort of mythical creature sends his lover(yakshi) the rain clouds from across many miles to convey his love, emotions to her
