Boom

Boom

A Poem by Jemima Laing

Future, future; past, past

Meshed into a single class

How long is this going to last

The most sophomoric have more decorum

In every way that matters most

Than the honored essential forum

More and more

This maddening chaos

It brings to the fore

The quintessential reason

Of the turning wheel

And the changing season

Turning, turning

Ever so slowly

The world is burning

Not much to say. I tend to be influenced by whatever music I am listening to. I also miss-spell many words. My passions include massive amounts of reading and fencing. I do tend break out in song rand.. more..
