Poem from high school (around 2003)

Sweet Serendipity, 
How I love thee. 
You were one of the best things in life, 
That I did not see. 

You are sweetest, 
Most lovely, and most kind. 
Throughout my search for love, 
You are my best find. 

Oh- how you make me feel, 
I feel so alive, so free. 
You make me stronger, 
Making me want to be me. 

If the day you ever thought, 
Those feelings to leave. 
I will still care for you, 
And I will still believe. 

You are the best thing, 
That ever crossed my way. 
My life was empty before, 
But now it is full of allay. 

Someday I wish, 
That you will return. 
Because you are my Serendipity, 
And for you my heart will yearn.
