The Labyrinth: Awakening

The Labyrinth: Awakening

A Poem by Brandon S. Whitten
"

The beginning of Waya's human journey.

"
Jesus walked with me in my curious mind
Lord Shiva and Buddha followed close behind
I imagined conversations about love and life
Are we human materializing from dark to light?

Alone I wandered deep into the labyrinth, amused
After the Masters left me in a field of sunflowers
What dreams may come I began to muse
As I felt each thought dissolve, being devoured

Spirit whispered, what you seek is within the blood
I understand you just woke up from a coma
I said, I feel conflicted with my heart in love
But yes, I also have a slight case of amnesia

Care to dance with a Wolf Shaman around the fire?
Why certainly, I bow, extending my hand
He said, I know exactly what it is you desire
Here, come with me, I'll help you understand
